The Glow Circuit Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Glow Circuit!
By participating in our wellbeing and mentoring programs, including fitness, yoga classes and workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Options and Pricing
- Membership Tiers: The Glow Circuit offers various membership options, including:
- Unlimited Classes Membership
- Limited Classes Membership (e.g; 5 or 10 class credit packs)
- Family or Shared Membership options (if applicable)
- Membership pricing details are available on our website and app. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
2. Casual Class Pricing
- Casual classes can be purchased individually at the current casual rate listed on our website and app.
- Casual class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by TGC Management.
3. Class Bookings
- All classes, including those for members and casual attendees, are recommended to book in advance via The Glow Circuit App or website.
- Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend reserving your spot early to avoid disappointment.
4. Class Cancellations
- Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class fee for all casual and membership tiers.
- Mentor Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the session fee being forfeited.
5. Membership Suspension and Cancellation
- Memberships may be paused in accordance with the terms of your membership tier. Requests must be submitted in writing and may require a minimum notice period, please refer to your membership tier.
- Çancellation of Membership requests will need to be made in writing via email before the next billing period. If the membership is cancelled mid term, no refunds will be given for unused class credits, however they may be transferred to another person upon the discretion by TGC management.
- Suspensions are granted for medical, travel, or other extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of TGC Management. Requests are to be given in writing via email to hello@theglowcircuit.com.au
6. Refunds and Expiry
- All purchases, including memberships, casual class passes, online offerings, events, workshops, cafe and mentoring services, are non-refundable.
- Class packs and memberships have specified expiration dates, detailed at the time of purchase. Extensions may be considered for medical or personal circumstances if requested in writing.
- At the discretion of TGC management, memberships and classes may be transferred to another person. Please send requests to hello@ptheglowcircuit.com.au
7. Class Transfers
- Class passes are generally non-transferable. Some membership tiers may allow sharing of passes with nominated family members or friends. Requests must be approved by TGC Management via hello@theglowcircuit.com.au
8. Late Arrivals
- To ensure a seamless experience, members and casual attendees are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted if the class has already begun.
- Please always respect others in class if you are arriving close to class start time, by arriving and setting up quietly.
9. Facility Use
- Members and casual attendees are expected to:
- Use the facilities and equipment with care.
- Clean equipment after use with provided wipes.
- Respect shared spaces, including the café, shower, and toilet areas.
- Notify the TGC team if anything needs attention ie: more hand soap, toilet paper etc
- Any damages caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the user.
10. Health and Safety
- Participants must inform instructors of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions before class. A waiver will need to be signed at the time of booking into a class or membership.
- Clearance from a health professional is required for individuals recovering from injury or illness before resuming classes.
- Participation is at your own risk, and The Glow Circuit is not liable for any injuries sustained during activities.
11. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior toward staff, instructors, and other members is required at all times.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
12. Payment Terms
- Payments for all TGC services including, café purchases are cashless and processed via credit/debit cards. (AMEX not accepted.)
- Members are responsible for keeping payment details up to date in the system.
13. Communication
- All official communication, including updates, changes, or cancellations, will be sent via sms, email or The Glow Circuit App. Ensure your contact details are accurate.
14. Amendments
- The Glow Circuit reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any significant changes with at least 30 days’ notice.
